Private PVP Servers Update Coming! The Wolf Online RPG Simulator

Since the official wolf Discord first came out in 2020, many changes have came to game for the better. One of the main reason is the platform's ability which allows players to make recommendations through their suggestions channel, which are then logged in and reviewed by the staff. One specific suggestion that many members have been asking for is making private rooms. 


Yesterday, ItssBlue released an announcement stating he will be leaking some information about future updates if the post reached 750 likes.


The post reached well over its goal within 12 hours. The announcement was set to be released 18:00 UTC time.


Today the community manager officially announced that private PVP servers were coming to the game. He has also mentioned that no coin or exp would be gained for this game mode to prevent abuse.


 Now I for one, have mixed feelings about this. As a content creator, I think it will be a great solution for creating content like races and tournaments, which I have struggled to do in the past due to public servers. But, as a PVP wolf player I am not a fan. I enjoy the competitive aspect of PVP. I believe the game would not be where it is today, if it wasn't for PVP. Even though some players may find it toxic, PVP is a natural game mode for any game for ex: Call of Duty & PUBG. I enjoy competing in wars, helping my friends and pack, versing the enemies. With this private PVP server option many players will be hiding from the already empty bracketed servers. I think what most of the community was anticipating for was COOP private rooms, when making private server suggestions.

Below I have made a list of the pros and cons of private PVP servers:

PROS

- Testing skills
- Relaxed lobby for friends to hang out
- PVP Quests
- Content creation
- Less Toxicness
- No more bullying
- COOP alone in a Private PVP server

CONS

- No EXP or Coins
- Empty public PVP servers
- Abusing the system ( kill stats)
- Game becomes less competitive 
- Less opportunity to meet/make friends
- No more bullying (I am a bully😈)
- More lag to the game 
- Players breaking TOS/hacking will not be reported 

Overall I am always happy to see the game being improved, especially if its a community influenced update. It has yet been determined when this update will be coming. It will be interesting to see how many people actually use this feature. I am hoping that the public PVP servers will still be the main one that people use and that private servers will only be used occasionally. As you may know from the past, when an update is rolled out it also comes with other suprises. I am excited to see what else will be included in this future update.

    Locked rooms would be so loved by many!! and also no bullying and drama from others .. coop with friends share and njoy the way it's meant to b

NEW LIMITED SKINS, MIDNIGHT WOLF & ARABIAN WOLF - THE WOLF ONLINE RPG SIMULATOR GAME

  Only a day after their quality of life update, The Wolf Online RPG Simulator Game release their new limited edition wolf skin, Midnight Wolf and Arabian Wolf. Its seems to be a current trend for 2022 to release a new skin each month.  The Midnight Wolf is a black glowing skin with a purple moon aura. The price for this skin is 900 moonstones, which can be obtained by winning hunting competitions, pack bounty rewards, or purchased with currency. The time frame to purchase this skin is 28 days. The Arabian Wolf is a more of a basic skin you would expect to get by unlocking a new level or using gems. The design of it is a combination of all the basic wolves. The price for is is only 350 moonstones and is available for 13 days.

ARMORS COMING LATER THIS YEAR? THE WOLF ONLINE RPG SIMULATOR

  On August 2020, The Wolf released a survey asking the players their opinions about adding items to the game. The suggested items would not only style but give boosts to the wolf. Apparently, the results from the survey were positive because a year later on May 2021, The Wolf Discord announced their plans to add this feature to the game and created a channel with a contest held for all the members to create their own items along with the effects. Many members participated demonstrating their creativity, the winners of the contest were announced on community manager itssblue's YouTube channel a month later.  The armor channel was then removed from the Discord and a couple months later Tropical Forest was released. Since then, many updates came along including bounty competitions and Hunting contests.
